engineers, QA/QC engineers,

areas of finance,
operations, marketing and
human resources.

company”. We promote a web
portal intranet which allows
any employee to access
information from anywhere in
the world, a culture, which
allows the worker to reach
the
CEO
of the
organization at any given
point of time. This is a
place where people are
unafraid to voice their
ideas.
Numerous training programmes
are conducted for the
employees for their up
gradation.
The employees go through a
process of continuous
learning, assisted by
training programmes. Apart
from on-the-job training and
technical training, Over 100
programmes on general
management and behavioural
topics are conducted each
year.
