Pinnacle FrameTEC CAD

• PINNACLE FrameTEC Framing Systems starts with FrameTEC CAD, which is an integrated analysis, design and estimating software program for the cold formed steel metal trusses, walls and floors for an entire building.

• This complete package will allow the user to design trusses, walls, and floors individually for entire buildings. FrameTEC CAD allows the user to design, model and view in 3D entire truss, wall and floor layouts for buildings.

• The entire layouts can be designed and analyzed easily in minutes. The Modeling program makes it even more quick and easy.

• FrameTEC CAD enables you to efficiently generate all framing plans, drawings, materials, panel manufacturing information and cutting lists for the design, structural analysis, construction and manufacturing of residential, commercial and industrial buildings using cold formed steel framing.

Pinnacle FrameTEC CAM

• FrameTEC CAM synchronizes with FrameTEC CAD to generate FrameTEC CAM CNC file, and manipulates CAD data into an optimized machine ready file.

• It formats production groups and sequences, as well as complex punching operations, such as dimpling, web notching, and screw holes for automated assembly.

• It also directs accurate and dynamic inkjet printing for vital parts’ identification and positioning.

• FrameTEC CAM is capable of synchronizing the manufacturing process of multiple numbers of roll forming machine at the same time.

Pinnacle FrameTEC FRAMERS

• FrameTEC Framers are manufactured entirely in the USA OEM manufacturing facilities.

• All the framing systems are custom designed, and include special tooling for the complex operations dictated by the CNC files sent from our integrated FrameTEC CAD software.

• The FrameTEC Framers are extremely flexible and versatile in terms of handling multiple stud and track profiles.

• They are not only capable of producing all the required framing section profiles for low rise residential buildings, but also capable of producing all the section profiles for multi-storey residential (MSR) and commercial structure requirements.
